キャンセルと払い戻しについて / Cancellations and Refund
振込みでお申込みいただき、5月15日までに参加費の振り込みがなかった場合、申込みが取り消されたものとして扱います。
振り込みが確認できた方は、メールでご連絡を差し上げます。
5月15日（金） までに キャンセルのご連絡を頂いた場合は、会場にて、あるいは振込み手数料をご負担頂いた上で全額払い戻しさせていただきます。
5月16日（金） 以降から当日は、キャンセル出来ませんのでご注意ください。
If you choose to transfer reception fee, and you don't transfer until May 15th, We count you as cancelled.
If you choose to pay by cash at frontdesk, and you cancelled after May 15th, We ask you to charge.
We don't accept Reception Cancel and Pay you back after May 15th.
Before May 15th, we will pay you back at symposium or refunds deposited
to your account except transfer charge.
Please allow few weeks for your refund to be processed.
