The organiozing committee received more than 60 abstracts by the deadline.

Submission of full paper

After review by organizing and executive commitee members, authors with accepted papers (oral presentation or poster) are invited to submit an extended version of their paper (6 pages) for the conference proceedings before August 30, 2019. Submitting a full paper is not mandatory for poster presenters. Format (in MS Word) of the full paper is here. For the convenience of contributors who use reference management softwares, we ask the authors to use the citing and reference style of Water Research.

Registration and Privacy Policy

Registration fee: Registration fee is JPY 20,000 (general) or JPY 10,000 (students), including banquet fee and conference book. The ealy bird registration fee (10% off) is available for participants who completed the payment procedure by September 15, 2019. Please note that participants who are going to present at IANAS2019 must register with full payment by October 1, 2019, to have their paper published in our conference book and to give presentation.
Credit card payment: We accept American Express, mastercard, VISA, JCB, and Diners Club International. Participants who pay by credit card are requested to visit the credit card company homepage from here. There are some Japanese words in the credit card payment page, and the explanation is given in English below each input area.
Bank transfer payment: If you opt for bank transfer rather than credit card payment, please download an invoice from here, fill in the necessary information, and use it inside your organization. If you belong to public organization and need to separate the fee of banquet from the other items, please use the following two files; this and that (Note that unless you pay both two expenses, we do not recognize you as being registered). Please send the file to ianas2019@yahoo.co.jp so that we know the name of registered participants.
Privacy policy: We request information from you when you pay registration fee using your credit card. You must provide contact information (like name and postal address) and financial information (credit card number, expiration date, etc.). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you. We use an outside a credit card processing company to bill users for regisitraion services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order. Please refer to our privacy policy from here.
