Registration is open online during the following period. View registration rates and payment information below, and then go to the registration form by clicking the button at the bottom of this page.
*1 Students MUST submit proof of their student status (copy of student ID card, etc.) to 9yrbnctm[atmark]gmail.com (replace [atmark] with "@").
*2 Must be a family member(s) of the registered participant. The accompanying person may attend social events except for the scientific sessions. The abstract book is not available in this fee.
For Domestic Participants
The fee must be paid by remittance to the postal transfer account. The fees expressed in JPY are applied for all domestic participants. Please refer to the payment instruction page (in Japanese) for the account information required.
For Overseas Participants
The fee must be paid by remittance to the Japan Post Bank in either USD or EUR from overseas banks, via a designated intermediary bank. The fees expressed in USD/EUR are applied in this case. The information below is required to make a remittance.
Please burden all remittance charges at your expense. Further information about remittance to the Japan Post Bank, please refer to the JP Bank site below.
For overseas participants having difficulty in the international remittance, on-site payment with cash is acceptable if they notify us in advance via E-mail at 9yrbnctm[atmark]gmail.com (replace [atmark] with "@"). The fees expressed in JPY are applied in this case.
Cancellations and Refunds
Requests for cancellation must be sent by October 31, 2017 via E-mail to 9yrbnctm[atmark]gmail.com (replace [atmark] with "@"). We will deduct the handling fee from the total amount and refund the rest. The handling fee differs according to remittance destination (approx. US$50 in the case of international remittance). No refunds will be issued after this date.
